 I am a soon-to-be Chemistry graduate with a strong foundation in both theoretical knowledge and practical laboratory skills. Throughout my academic journey, I have developed hands-on expertise in conducting experiments, analyzing data, and maintaining high standards of safety and precision in laboratory environments.

Beyond technical proficiency, my background in Chemistry has sharpened a range of valuable transferable skills. I bring critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail to every project I undertake, alongside excellent time management and teamwork abilities. On the technical side, I am skilled in data analysis, research methodologies, laboratory instrumentation, and scientific reporting, all crucial for navigating complex challenges across diverse professional fields.

I am passionate about applying my scientific training to real-world problems and eager to contribute my skills and energy to innovative, multidisciplinary teams.

During my internship, I shadowed the in-house chemical pathology department, focusing on testing COVID-19 strains, specifically the SARS strain. I successfully performed quantitative IgG spike protein tests and rapid antigen tests on asymptomatic individuals, with the results published on the official Hong Kong government EVT site. I gained hands-on experience in processing patient results using automated methods, particularly through Abbott’s i-STAT Alinity systems. This experience culminated in the development of a detailed laboratory report, which I presented to both peers and senior laboratory professionals. My work received positive feedback and contributed to a strong accreditation in the internship program.

As a buffet waiter, my main role was to ensure guests feel welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease as they navigated the buffet. I greeted guests warmly, explained buffet offerings when needed, and kept the dining area impeccably clean and inviting. My sharp eye for detail ensured buffet stations are always well-stocked, organized, and beautifully presented.

Throughout the service, I assisted with any special requests, and worked closely with kitchen and service teams to maintain a smooth, high-energy atmosphere. Whether refilling beverages, refreshing table settings, or offering friendly recommendations, I created a memorable dining experience that kept guests coming back.

At the heart of it all, balancing efficiency, attentiveness, and having a genuine smile to make every guest’s visit exceptional was priority.
